These draft terms describe the intended operating boundaries for PipFolio. They are not a substitute for owner and legal review before public launch.
Use of PipFolio
PipFolio is a trading journal and performance review tool. It is not a broker, exchange, custodian, investment adviser, tax adviser, or legal adviser.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the trading data you enter or import and for decisions you make from your own analysis.
No Trading Advice
Performance summaries, analytics, goals, and review screens are informational. They do not recommend that you buy, sell, hold, or otherwise trade any instrument.
Past performance and journal history do not guarantee future trading results.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for using only data you have the right to upload or connect.
You must not attempt to bypass access controls, access another user's data, or misuse integrations.
Integrations
Optional integrations such as Notion may create or update copies of your journal data in external workspaces you authorize.
PipFolio does not control external services and deleting your PipFolio account does not delete content already created in those external services.
Availability and Changes
PipFolio may change, pause, or discontinue features as the product evolves.
The product owner should review these terms for the final legal entity, jurisdiction, support contact, billing terms, and dispute process before accepting public users.
